Holonomics announce new Customer Experiences with Soul course with Academia Votorantim

Holonomics, in partnership with Academia Votorantim, are pleased to announce that our Customer Experiences with Soul course will be offered to professionals from organisations outside of the group for the first time.

Votorantim Academy forms part of the Human and Organizational Development, responsible for the ongoing professional and personal development of employees. Its activities are divided into three fronts — Inspiration; Stimulation and Personal Journeys; and Votorantim DNA.

Holonomics currently offers three different courses with the academy focusing on customer experience design and agile organisations. With the academy continually looking to innovate and develop new products and services, our Customer Experiences with Soul course will be the first one to be offered to professionals from outside of Votorantim, as well as those who are part of the group. This will facilitate a rich forum for discussion and the exchange of ideas across a wide range of industries with highly-experienced professionals from differing backgrounds.

Customer Experiences with Soul is an exclusive course designed to provide participants with a thorough understanding of what we mean by customer experience, allowing them to implement practices and processes that enable them to broaden and enhance customer relationships, taking into consideration all areas and all levels within their organization.

The course will be taught by authors and consultants Maria Moraes Robinson and Simon Robinson, recognised internationally for their approach to experience design presented in the book Customer Experiences with Soul – The New Era in Design, published in the UK in 2017.

The course contains practical and dynamic exercises, real case discussion and presentations of fundamental concepts throughout, including both B2B (business to business) and B2C (business to consumer) contexts. The course will introduce new tools, such as the Holonomic Circle, and the Flourishing Business Canvas, allowing participants to understand how to integrate customer experience into strategic and innovative development processes.

At the end of this course participants will be able to:

  • Implement an effective approach to enhance the customer experience;
  • Understand how the alignment of purpose, strategy, processes and people enables the development of meaningful customer experiences;
  • Implement a new mindset throughout the organisation; and
  • Develop long-term and more meaningful relationships with your customers.
