Last week Maria and I were invited to be part of the Vototalks Festival. In our talk we discuss our Customer Experiences with Soul framework and how it can facilitate the expansion of consciousness inside organisations.
We explore the evolution of customer experience design as a practice, and explain why we felt the need to extend and expand Customer Experience through our Holonomics approach.
Our presentation was part of the Festival, hosted by Votorantim. Votorantim Group is one of Brazil’s largest privately-held conglomerates operating in a wide range of industrial sectors. This year the group celebrates its 100th birthday.
